This is a group mentorship program that brings together a small cohort of photographers working on individual projects in a supportive and engaging environment. Each participant meets twice each month (three hours each). One session is a private one-on-one mentorship where we focus on your project through editing, sequencing, discussion, and individualized feedback. The second session brings the cohort together for group critique, conversation, and shared learning.

Working in a small group offers the opportunity to receive both personalized guidance and the insight of fellow photographers. Through discussion, editing exercises, and collective problem solving, participants gain a deeper understanding of their own work while learning from the creative process of others. The exchange of ideas often leads to unexpected discoveries, deeper conversations, and lasting creative connections.

Groups are intentionally small, with three to five participants, allowing each photographer to receive meaningful individual attention while benefiting from the collective experience of the cohort. My role as a mentor is not to tell you what your work should be, but to help you discover what it already knows. Through careful looking, thoughtful dialogue, and sustained engagement, I help photographers recognize the visual language that is uniquely their own.
